How we treat your details.

We ask for as little as we need, we use it only to reply to you and plan your travel, and we never sell or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

What we collect

When you write to us through this website we receive the details you choose to give: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, city, travel plans and who introduced you.

Why we use it

To reply to your note and, if you ask us to, to plan a journey for you. If you tick the box on the form, you are giving us your consent to do this. We do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask to hear about our hosted journeys.

Who sees it

Only the IDAM team. When we plan a journey, we share with hotels, airlines and guides only what they need to look after you, such as names and dietary requirements.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch about travel, and no longer than we need to. If we have not heard from you in three years we delete your enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to info@idam.travel and we will do it promptly.

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s standard request information when the page loads.
